EdgeFlo is a discipline-first trading superapp. We onboarded our first 71 founding traders and we're heading into a public launch in Feb.
I'm looking for a hands-on Head of Growth to build the growth engine end-to-end: acquisition activation retention. This is not a brand role and not someone who only runs ads. I want an operator who ships experiments and moves numbers.
You'll own:
- Launch ramp plan (invite waves + go/no-go metrics)
- Funnel + CRO (landing signup broker connect first journal)
- Lifecycle (activation emails, nudges, win-back, segmentation)
- Analytics dashboards + experimentation cadence
- Channels: affiliates/influencers, SEO/AEO, partnerships (paid optional)
Requirements:
- Proven SaaS/subscription growth results with numbers (activation, CAC/payback, retention/churn)
- Strong lifecycle + conversion skills
- Comfortable in a founder-led, fast iteration environment
