Your Role in VT Markets

As Head of Global Digital Transformation, you will own VT Markets enterprise HR technology and AI transformation agenda, shaping how the organization scales, operates, and enables its workforce globally. This role has end-to-end accountability for modernization, AI-enabled operations, and workforce digitalization as VT Markets grows from approximately 350 to 700employees. You will define strategy, governance, and execution standards while partnering closely with Global HR, Marketing COEs, IT, Data & Analytics, Compliance, and regional leadership to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable adoption across all regions. You will act as a key transformation leader, translating enterprise strategy into practical operating models, embedding AI into workflows, and ensuring HR technology and automation initiatives deliver measurable organizational impact and sustainable ways of working.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience & Leadership Background

  • 710+ years of experience in enterprise digital transformation, HR technology, workforce automation, or business process redesign within complex or regulated organizations.
  • Proven track record in leading global-scale transformation programs, including digital adoption, AI enablement, and system integration.
  • Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional initiatives across HR, IT, Data & Analytics, Compliance, and operational teams.
  • Hands-on leadership in managing multi-country or multi-region projects, balancing global standardization with local execution needs.
  • Experience in governance, program management, and executive stakeholder reporting at senior levels.

Technical & Digital Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of enterprise systems, HRIS platforms, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Strong experience with process automation, digital operating models, and workforce enablement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
  • Understanding of API integrations, automation tools (e.g., Zapier, UiPath), and data structures; coding skills in SQL, Python, or similar are a plus.

Project, Change & Delivery Skills

  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end transformation projects, from strategy and requirements definition through implementation and adoption.
  • Strong stakeholder management, change management, and communication skills to influence leaders and teams globally.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, scalable, and compliant operating models.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualifications, certifications in digital transformation, AI adoption, or project/program management are advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

Enterprise AI Transformation Ownership (PMO)

  • Own the global AI transformation roadmap, including strategy, prioritization, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Establish and lead program governance, cadence, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Act as the central PMO coordinating initiatives across global departments.
  • Ensure alignment between AI initiatives and enterprise strategy, operating model, and business priorities.

Agentic AI Adoption & Scaling

  • Identify, prioritise, and drive high-impact agentic AI use cases across functions (e.g. Data, HR, Marketing).
  • Partner with Technology teams to:
  • Define agent operating models, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Move initiatives from pilot scale embedded operations.
  • Ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant AI adoption across regions.

Deep Workforce Orchestrater(DWO)

  • Redesign how work is done in an AI-enabled environment, including:
  • Task and role re-composition.
  • AI-augmented decision making.
  • New collaboration and productivity models.
  • Embed AI into core workflows and expectations, rather than optional tools.
  • Define and drive new ways of measuring productivity and effectiveness in an AI-enabled workforce.

Workforce Enablement & Culture Transformation

  • Lead enterprise-wide AI change management and adoption strategy.
  • Build AI literacy and confidence across leaders and teams.
  • Partner with HR / OD to integrate AI into Capability frameworks, Learning pathways, Performance and talent practices.
  • Drive a mindset shift from AI as a tool to AI as a teammate.
