Key Responsibilities

  • Own global administration strategy and governance for a fast‑growing multinational organisation. You will lead the global administration function, set functional vision, and drive consistent operational standards across geographically distributed teams with mixed onsite‑remote operating models across multiple time zones.
  • Architect, roll‑out and continuously refine global administrative frameworks, including corporate asset governance, procurement governance, emergency preparedness and information confidentiality protocols, to align with global business requirements and local regulatory constraints.
  • End‑to‑end ownership of global mobility & international assignment governance. Establish robust mechanisms to support cross‑border talent deployment, overseas settling‑in support and multi‑cultural integration for internationally transferred employees.
  • Oversee enterprise‑wide office & workplace operations, vendor ecosystem management, multi‑region budget planning and cost optimisation. Balance operational agility, business continuity, security and compliance requirements.
  • Lead high‑stakes global corporate events & executive‑level logistics planning for key industry and business gatherings, ensuring flawless delivery for global stakeholder gatherings.
  • Drive organisational capability building within the administration function: define performance frameworks, foster talent development and strengthen retention across the global admin organisation. Partner closely with cross‑functional senior stakeholders to resolve complex cross‑border operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership track‑record leading administration / workplace services within large multinational organisations. Direct exposure to Web3, crypto exchange, cross‑border finance or top‑tier global consulting firms is highly preferred. Mandatory on‑site residency in Singapore.
  • Hands‑on executive profile: proven track‑record not only in strategy formulation but also diving into complex operational bottlenecks and driving practical resolution at global scale.
  • Demonstrated experience leading geographically dispersed, cross‑time‑zone hybrid teams. Solid expertise in performance management, capability building and talent retention for multi‑cultural global teams.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing global‑level administrative policies, governance frameworks and standard operating procedures covering assets, procurement, crisis response and confidentiality.
  • Extensive exposure to global employee mobility and international assignment workflows, with strong cross‑cultural awareness working with multi‑national stakeholders.
  • High self‑drive, result‑oriented mindset, capable of thriving in fast‑paced, high‑pressure global business environment. Possess mature emotional intelligence and proven capability for constructive, flexible cross‑senior‑stakeholder alignment.
  • Working familiarity with Singapore local business environment, local vendor landscape and relevant local compliance considerations.
