The Head of General Affairs is responsible for overseeing our General Affairs functions across the APAC, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and alignment with the company's global standards. He/She will report to our APAC Chief Operating Officer based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the APAC General Affairs team to ensure smooth operations involving office management, facilities maintenance, and employee services.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team to achieve operational excellence and professional growth.
- Develop and implement policies to streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Set guidance and best practices to General Affairs team across APAC offices.
- Ensure employees safety and compliance with organizational guidelines and legal requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and propose improvements to optimize the general affairs management model and resource allocation.
- Handle relationships, budgets, contract negotiations, and quality controls with vendors
- Plan and execute large scale projects including office relocation and infrastructure improvements.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Communications in organizing and managing logistics for company events, meetings, and conferences
- Partner closely with HR on employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in Business Contingency matters.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration or Operations, with 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience in strategic planning and project management.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to vendor management.
- Experienced in supporting large scale events
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
