Head of Financing (Real Estate/Data Center/Structured Financing) LT89

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's cross-border capital strategy, including structuring overseas syndicated loans and project financing in USD and EUR to optimize the overall cost of capital.

• Lead the structuring of cross-border financing and credit support arrangements to support international expansion and large-scale infrastructure investments.

• Establish and manage offshore SPV structures, optimizing tax efficiency and regulatory compliance through platforms such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and Luxembourg.

• Oversee foreign debt quotas, currency risk exposure, and cross-border cash pooling, working closely with the finance and treasury teams to ensure effective financial risk management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with leading global investment banks, financial institutions, and capital partners.

• Support large-scale equity and debt financing transactions, including capital raising for data centre or real estate developments.

• Provide strategic advice to senior management on capital structure optimization, financing strategies, and international capital markets trends.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in data centre, real estate, infrastructure, or project finance sectors.

• Proven track record in large-scale equity or debt financing transactions.

• Strong network and working relationships with international banks, investment banks, and financial institutions.

• Experience in cross-border financing structures, SPV platforms, and international capital markets will be highly advantageous.

• Strong strategic thinking, financial structuring, and stakeholder management skills.
