Head of Finance

Our client, a leading independent media agency with an impressive portfolio of regional and global brands, is seeking a dynamic Head of Finance to join their Singapore team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment and wants to play a strategic role in driving business growth.

As Head of Finance, you will oversee all financial operations across the Singapore business from budgeting and forecasting to performance analysis, cash flow management, and regional reporting.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll support decision-making that shapes the commercial direction of the agency while ensuring strong financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Partner with business leads to evaluate commercial performance and profitability.
• Manage agency cash flow, compliance, and audit processes.
• Provide strategic insights to support growth initiatives and client investments.
• Oversee and mentor a small finance team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.

Profile sought

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, ideally within media, advertising, or agency environments.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience leading or mentoring teams and improving financial processes.
