Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with operations teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and product profitability.
Digital Transformation: Drive digitization of finance processes, including ERP, POS integration, and BI dashboards to support scale.
Expansion Support: Support market expansion, joint ventures, and M&A initiatives.
Commercial Insights: Provide actionable financial insights to influence growth and operational decisions.
