Role
Managing the Operations, Financial Control, and FP&A team of professionals
Supporting the growth objectives through a sound process set up, including systems and impact on organization structure, tax, legal, and working capital needs
Working closely with the Finance Manager of the Shared Service Centre.
Co-ordinating financial processes and activities across many entities in the APAC region
Requirements
7+ years of experience in finance roles
Knowledge of IFRS Fair Value accounting
Extensive expertise establishing frameworks that produce quantifiable business objectives and provide real-time insight into company progress in relation to targets
Experience handling consolidated accounts and cross-national operations
Knowledge of the logistics industry
Work experience in a fast-growing, global, multicultural organization
Active, ambitious, and resilient to stress
Great leadership, planning and organizing skills
Experience in managing finance, operations and FP&A teams
