The Head of Finance Business Partnering is part of the country cluster management team and is responsible for the success of the business. Head of Finance Business Partnering drives business decision-making through comprehensive and transparent analysis and strong, independent, forward-looking sparring, ensuring strategy implementation as well as profitability globally for the SICK Group.
The country cluster consists of Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan and Korea.
Job Responsibilities
- In the country cluster management team and within the framework of the SICK Group strategy, be responsible for overall strategy development and successful implementation
- Analyze the overall performance of the country cluster and take responsibility for it by identifying potential improvement areas and driving process optimization and efficiency
- Orchestrate overall planning, budgeting & forecasting, and closing activities
- Represent the economic evaluation and outlook for the country cluster to all stakeholders, including the Executive Board
- Ensure Governance within the Finance function by implementing best practices, standardized use of tools, and compliance with Group requirements
- Lead and develop capabilities and effectiveness of the country clusterFinance organization further and promote effective communication and collaboration within the country cluster and on the Group level
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration or similar
- 10+ years work experience in business and result-oriented finance generalist with a broad experience in Finance, business analysis as well as cross-functionally
- Project management skills and experience
- Experience in leading teams (functionally and disciplinary)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a holistic understanding of the business
- Open-minded attitude, capability, and willingness to drive change
