As Head of Finance for APAC, you'll play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and driving sustainable growth. Based in Singapore or Malaysia, you'll work closely with senior leaders to deliver insights that make a real difference.

How You'll Make An Impact

In this role, you'll be the bridge between finance and the business. You'll provide strategic financial advice to senior leaders, helping them make informed decisions. You'll lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes, ensuring we meet our financial goals. Your work will involve analysing data, presenting clear insights, and driving improvements across the business. You'll also mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering financial analysis and guidance to support business decisions.
  • Leading budgeting and forecasting processes with accuracy and clarity.
  • Managing monthly financial reporting and presenting insights to senior leaders.
  • Supporting change initiatives and driving process improvements.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to enable collaboration and success.

About You

You're a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with a strong background in management accounting and financial analysis. You've got experience in the insurance industry or a similar field, and you're confident working in a fast-paced environment.

You're a great communicator who can build relationships at all levels. You're proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of your work. Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience with tools like Power BI is a plus.

You'll also need:

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for teamwork.
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Eligibility to work in Singapore or Malaysia.
