Based in Singapore or Malaysia, you'll work closely with senior leaders to deliver insights that make a real difference.
How You'll Make An Impact
In this role, you'll be the bridge between finance and the business. You'll provide strategic financial advice to senior leaders, helping them make informed decisions. You'll lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes, ensuring we meet our financial goals. Your work will involve analysing data, presenting clear insights, and driving improvements across the business. You'll also mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering financial analysis and guidance to support business decisions.
- Leading budgeting and forecasting processes with accuracy and clarity.
- Managing monthly financial reporting and presenting insights to senior leaders.

About You
You're a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with a strong background in management accounting and financial analysis. You've got experience in the insurance industry or a similar field, and you're confident working in a fast-paced environment.
You're a great communicator who can build relationships at all levels. You're proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of your work. Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience with tools like Power BI is a plus.
