Our WebOrion and TraceCtrl are our proprietary software that empowers enterprises and communities to adopt GenAI for web defacement monitoring and cutting-edge Agentic AI security observability and control. As we scale, we are building a strong operational and financial backbone to support growth across enterprise and government customers.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Head of Finance & Business Operations to take ownership of the company's financial control, operational efficiency, and internal governance. This role acts as the company's internal control tower, working directly with the Founders to ensure financial clarity, operational discipline, and scalability as we grow. You will not just manage processes-you will own outcomes, coordinate external partners, and provide insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

o Provide clear, real-time visibility on cashflow, burn rate, and runway to support business decisions

o Own monthly financial reporting (P&L, cashflow, variance) with accurate and timely insights

o Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across project phases and the scale-up roadmap

o Track SaaS and recurring revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, churn) to support the S$10MARR target

o Support fundraising, financial modelling, and investor reporting

Finance Operations & Compliance

o Oversee and coordinate external vendors: accounting, payroll, corporate secretary

o Ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations: invoicing, collections, month-end closing

o Maintain compliance with ACRA, IRAS, GST regulations and manage audit processes

o Manage government grant administration and reporting

o Oversee HR and administrative operations via vendors, including payroll, employment contracts, and onboarding

Commercial & Project Finance

o Work with project and delivery teams to ensure timely, accurate project closure in line with contractual, billing, and revenue recognition requirements

o Support validation of customer satisfaction and project acceptance for key government and enterprise accounts to enable smooth billing, collections, and renewals

o Manage financial flows from cloud marketplace and channel partner programmes (e.g.,AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Azure) as these revenue streams come online

Operations, AI Governance & Continuous Improvement

o Improve internal processes and operational efficiency with AI tools - and do so responsibly, ensuring human oversight, data governance, and auditability in every AI-assisted workflow

o Model and embed responsible agentic AI use across Finance & Operations: evaluate and experiment with AI tools for internal adoption, define guardrails, and document workflows

o Build and maintain a CEO/leadership dashboard with key financial, operational, and business health metrics

Customer and Project Oversight
o Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure project closure, billing readiness, and revenue recognition

o Track and drive key business metrics across sales, marketing, andcustomer success (e.g. conversion, CAC, revenue, collections)

o Improve internal processes and operational efficiency with the use of AI across the company

What we are looking for:

o Degree in Business, Finance, Technology or related field

o At least 4 years of relevant experience in business operation roles including finance, accounting, or operations in a startup, SME, or high-growth environment

o Strong working knowledge of Singapore regulations: ACRA, IRAS, GST, and audit processes

o Experience working in a startup, SME, or high-growth environment

o Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery teams

o High ownership mindset withability to operate independently and drive outcomes

o Experience managing government grants, public-sector contracts, or milestone-based billing

o Comfort with, or strong curiosity about,AI-powered finance and operations tools - with a clear sense of where human judgement and oversight remain essential

o Exposure to cloud marketplace or channel partner billing models (AWS, Azure, or similar)
