Head of Facilities (UAE Nationals Only)
The Organization
My client is a highly funded, state-backed technology and engineering organization based in Abu Dhabi. They operate a premium portfolio of modern corporate offices, advanced technical infrastructure, and high-specification operational hubs.
The Role
They are seeking a high-stature, strategically minded UAE National to take absolute ownership of our end-to-end facilities management, asset maintenance, and infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Oversight: Direct all hard and soft facilities management (FM) services across a premium mix of corporate space and technical real estate.
- Vendor & Contract Governance: Manage high-value SLA frameworks, tender evaluations, and contract lifecycles with tier-one Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) providers.
- Budget & CAPEX Control: Command substantial operational and capital budgets, driving cost-optimization and asset lifecycle longevity.
- HSE Compliance: Ensure all facilities operate under strict health, safety, environmental, and local regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Nationality: Strictly open to UAE Nationals (with Family Book).
- Experience: 12+ years of facilities management or infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years leading an FM department.
- Background: Proven track record in large-scale corporate assets, tech facilities, utilities, or complex commercial developments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Facilities Management. Senior certifications (CFM, MRICS) preferred.
