Job Description

About the role:

1. Estate Management Leadership

. Lead global estate operations across markets, hubs, and lease administration.

. Oversee day-to-day performance, stability, and risk across the portfolio.

. Deliver consistent outcomes while managing local market complexities.

2. Market & Hub Operations

. Manage market and hub teams with clear roles, workflows, and service standards.

. Ensure effective stakeholder, landlord, and regulatory management in-market.

. Drive efficient, control-driven processes within hubs.

3. Risk, Control & Governance

. Own estate operational risk and governance frameworks.

. Lead reporting, issue resolution, and escalation processes.

. Ensure delivery is controlled, auditable, and aligned with stakeholders.

4. Landlord & Compliance Oversight

. Ensure landlord compliance with statutory and safety obligations.

. Manage escalation and remediation of non-performance.

5. Lease Administration & Data Management

. Oversee lease administration, critical dates, renewals, and documentation.

. Ensure accuracy and integrity of estate and lease data for reporting and decision-making.

6. BAU, Transition & Improvement

. Drive operational excellence, continuity, and continuous improvement.

. Lead transition activities alongside BAU operations.

7. People & Partner Management

. Build team capability, accountability, and performance standards.

. Manage partner relationships supporting estate operations.

8. Operational Excellence & Collaboration

. Support workplace strategy by identifying risks and service gaps.

. Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.

. Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and workplace experience.

. Support events, stakeholder engagements, and site operations as needed.

About you:

. Strong lease administration discipline and data integrity.

. Improved reporting, workflows, and escalation management.

. Market teams focused on stakeholder management hubs driving efficiency and quality.

Experience & Education

. Extensive leadership experience in estate/property management across complex portfolios.

. Proven track record managing distributed market and hub teams.

. Strong background in operational control (lease admin, data, reporting, governance).

. Experience in regulated, risk-driven environments.

. Demonstrated ability to improve operating models while maintaining BAU stability.
