Role Overview Lead engineering operations and technical delivery for government sector clients, ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations while driving innovative solutions for public sector real estate and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities Oversee technical teams supporting government contracts and public sector engagements. Develop engineering strategies that align with government standards, security requirements, and procurement processes. Collaborate with business development teams to support proposal development and technical presentations for government RFPs. Ensure all engineering deliverables meet regulatory compliance standards including security clearances where required.
Manage relationships with government technical stakeholders and maintain expertise in public sector procurement cycles. Lead cross-functional teams on large-scale government infrastructure projects while ensuring budget adherence and timeline management. Drive continuous improvement in technical processes specific to government client needs.
Typical Qualifications Advanced engineering degree with significant leadership experience in government or public sector projects. Understanding of federal contracting requirements, security protocols, and compliance frameworks. Strong project management capabilities with experience in complex, regulated environments.
