Vouch is partnering with a global insurance industry leader, and we're actively seeking a Head of Digital Transformation to play a key role in driving enterprise project and leading a team of business analyst and testers. Experience in project management and software testing is required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the organization's end-to-end IT project implementation, from requirement gathering, translating technical specification, UAT, Deployment, Go-Live, Maintenance
- Guide, manage, and groom a team of Business Analysts and Testers, both onshore and offshore to execute the project implementation
- Engage with stakeholders and various key departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination for project success
- Analyze business requirements, IT solutioning, provide insightful recommendations to align with project goals
Requirements:
- Education qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
- Extensive years of working experience driving end-to-end enterprise projects, full SDLC
- Background in the Insurance industry is a must
- Ability to collaborate with regional teams, including managing overseas development teams of up to 50 resources
- Excellent communication skills and adept at stakeholder management
