Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a multi-year digital roadmap aligned with Singapore's Construction ITM (Industry Transformation Map).
- AI & Data Analytics: Deploy AI-driven solutions for predictive maintenance, project risk assessment, and automated quantity surveying to enhance decision-making.
- Operational Excellence: Redesign workflows using BIM (Building Information Modeling) and VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) to ensure seamless data flow from office to site.
- Smart Site Management: Oversee the adoption of IoT, robotics, and drone technology to improve site safety and progress monitoring.
- Change Management: Cultivate a digital-first culture by upskilling the workforce and managing the transition from manual to automated processes.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with BCA, IMDA, and external vendors to leverage grants and ensure compliance with local digital standards.
