A high-growth fintech infrastructure platform is seeking a senior leader to establish and scale its Digital Asset Operations function.
This is a strategically critical role, responsible for the end-to-end operational oversight of digital asset products such as stablecoins, settlement, liquidity management and tokenized fiat within a regulated environment. You will ensure regulatory alignment and scalability as the platform expands.
Responsibilities
- Lead and institutionalise digital asset operations across custody, wallet management, issuance/redemption, reconciliation, and settlement
- Embed robust operational risk, controls, and governance frameworks (AML/KYC, fraud, cyber controls etc)
- Oversee secure custody solutions and key management standards
- Optimise liquidity and settlement performance across fiat and digital rails
- Build and lead a high-calibre operations team in Singapore
- Manage critical external relationships across exchanges, custodians, and blockchain infrastructure providers
Requirements
- More than 8 years operations experience with significant experience in digital asset operations, crypto market infrastructure, fintech, or regulated financial services
- Deep understanding of blockchain settlement mechanics, tokenisation models, and institutional custody structures
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling operational functions in high-growth environments
- Strong governance, risk, and compliance orientation
