Overview:
As Head of Professional Services for APAC, you own regional delivery end to end: implementations, migrations, technical consulting and post-go-live advisory work for every customer in your territory. You report to our global Professional Services leader and sit on the regional leadership team alongside Sales and Customer Success.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be in escalations, in scoping conversations, and in front of executive sponsors- while also building the operating rhythm, packaging and partner relationships that let the region scale without you in every room.
You will own:
- Customer outcomes and retention
- Partner & SI ecosystem
- Delivery teams, commercials and operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry.
- 10+ years in professional services, consulting or technical delivery within B2B software or SaaS, including 3+ years leading delivery teams of 5+ people.
- Previous experience with kdb+, parquet, Python and other data science/analytics technologies.
- Previous experience with cloud and on-prem/cloud hybrid architectures.
- A track record of owning delivery outcomes tied to retention and expansion - not just project completion.
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling a partner / systems integrator delivery channel, including enablement and quality assurance.
- Evidence of productizing services: you have taken bespoke engagements and turned them into repeatable, priced, sellable offerings.
- P&L ownership for a services business or region - utilization, rates, margin and forecasting.
- Experience leading distributed teams across multiple countries and working effectively inside a global matrix.
- Credibility with both enterprise executive sponsors and hands-on technical teams, and the judgement to know which conversation you are in.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward building systems rather than heroics.
