Regionally responsible for Cybersecurity Solution and presales, driving growth, profitability, and world-class presales and solution excellence. Extensive experience in large-scale security bids, competitive costing, solution architecture, and transformation programs supporting regional business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
. Lead global presales for medium and large Cybersecurity Services deals, ensuring growth and margin objectives are achieved.
. Analyze the customer business and technical requirements to ensure the (sub-set of the overall) solution is aligned accordingly.
. Drive must-win and lighthouse deal pursuits with direct involvement in bid architecture and solution design.
. Develop and maintain competitive costing structures, including standard service models and customized models for specific client requests in collaboration with portfolio teams.
. Support solutioning and presales activities across all APAC, working on pure play Cybersecurity Services or cross business lines Cybersecurity Services for complex regional bids.
. Get the required solution design approvals from business and delivery according to the existing processes.
. Lead the regional Transition & Transformation (T&T) program with a centralized team of dedicated experts.
. Provide technical assurance and technical quality review on client facing documentation.
. Provide solutions and presales support to local countries for smaller opportunities.
. Contribute to global Cybersecurity Services strategy and portfolio positioning aligned with market dynamics.
. Support focused sales and marketing campaigns to accelerate growth and win rate.
. Actively contribute to Cybersecurity Services Global Leadership initiatives.
Technical Requirements:
. Technical leadership in Security Operations, SIEM, AI Security, MDR, Application and Infrastructure Security, Identity and Risk Management, Cloud and Workplace Security, as well as Data Protection and Encryption.
. Deep knowledge about technology, market situations and benchmarking of Cybersecurity Services.
. Familiar with local and International Standards associated with Cybersecurity Management services (Chinese Cybersecurity Law, MITRE ATT&CK®, ISO27001, NIST etc)
. Very good knowledge of IT best practices and market methodologies to design end-toend solutions.
. Ability to design end-to-end solutions based on standard portfolio (service catalogue) and associated solution modules / building blocks.
. Deep knowledge of best practice standards and market methodologies to develop and manage requirements.
. Ability to design and validate business cases on associated costing to the designed solution and migration.
. Deep knowledge in various methodologies to estimate effort and in Atos standards for estimation (estimation tools & methodology, estimation guidelines).
. Deep knowledge on security risk management (assessment, mitigation, residual cost calculation).
. Ability to present and negotiate the technical parts (incl. cost impact) in contract negotiations with decision maker on content area.
