Job Description
Leadership & Team Management
- Coach and inspire a customer service team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales
- Set clear goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Design training programs and standardize best practices through a Customer Service Handbook
- Collaborate with leadership on planning, forecasting, and team performance
Operations & Reporting
- Oversee CRM and POS systems to ensure smooth customer life cycle management
- Identify workflow gaps and lead automation initiatives
- Report on service performance, and team productivity
The Successful Applicant
Role
We are looking for a Head of Customer Service Lead who is driven, resourceful and eager to lead. You should possess the following qualities to thrive in the role:
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats
- Comfortable with data and eager to learn tools like CRM, POS, and Excel
- Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., hospitality, education, airlines, concierge) is a plus
- Leadership experience or potential to lead is highly valued
