Job Title: Head of Capital Markets / Director - Cross-border Financing
Location: Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
Design and structure the company's cross-border capital and financing strategies, including overseas syndicated loans (USD/EUR), project financing, and cross-border guarantee structures to optimize overall financing costs.
Establish and manage offshore SPV structures to enhance tax efficiency and regulatory compliance, leveraging jurisdictions such as Hong Kong, Singapore, and Luxembourg.
Manage external debt quotas, FX exposure, and cross-border cash pooling, working closely with the finance team to monitor and control financial risks.
Build and maintain relationships with global investment banks and financial institutions, leading capital raising and strategic financing initiatives.
Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in Finance, Law, or Accounting from a Top 100 global university. Must hold at least one of the following: MBA, CFA, CPA, or FRM.
Experience: Strong experience in large-scale equity financing, preferably in the data center or real estate industry, with an established network among leading global banks.
Background: Senior leadership experience such as MD/ED in the Real Estate group at an international investment bank, Director at a cross-border real estate fund, or Head of Capital/Finance at a leading property developer.
Based in Singapore with strong international exposure.
