Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Credit Marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels to foster sustainable growth. Establish annual business plans, sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to pinpoint opportunities and mitigate risks. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Enhance strategic partnerships to improve customer acquisition, retention, and increase financing opportunities. Analyze portfolio performance and recommend strategies for improved profitability and market penetration. Drive the achievement of loan disbursement, revenue, and profitability targets. Monitor departmental budgets and optimize resource utilization. Prepare management reports, business forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior leadership. Lead, coach, and develop the Credit Marketing team to meet departmental goals. Evaluate sales performance and productivity through regular reporting and performance reviews. Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, banking, or a related field. Professional certifications in finance, banking, sales, or marketing are beneficial. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Credit Marketing within the financial services or banking sector. At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales, business development, or credit marketing teams. Proven track record in driving business growth and managing strategic partnerships effectively.
