Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Credit Marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels to foster sustainable growth.
- Establish annual business plans, sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to pinpoint opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Enhance strategic partnerships to improve customer acquisition, retention, and increase financing opportunities.
- Analyze portfolio performance and recommend strategies for improved profitability and market penetration.
- Drive the achievement of loan disbursement, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Monitor departmental budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare management reports, business forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Credit Marketing team to meet departmental goals.
- Evaluate sales performance and productivity through regular reporting and performance reviews.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, banking, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in finance, banking, sales, or marketing are beneficial.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Credit Marketing within the financial services or banking sector.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales, business development, or credit marketing teams.
- Proven track record in driving business growth and managing strategic partnerships effectively.
