Job Summary

Lead and scale Hustle's corporate training division by driving enterprise partnerships, developing tailored training solutions, and expanding presence in corporate learning to achieve measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the corporate training segment and increase market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SMEs, MNCs, and organisations to build a robust enterprise client pipeline
  • Drive end-to-end corporate sales processes including lead generation, client needs analysis, proposal development, and deal closure
  • Design and tailor training solutions that meet specific client requirements and address business challenges such as productivity, leadership, and digital skills
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to adapt and position training programmes effectively for corporate clients
  • Package training offerings into structured, commercially viable solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with organisations, associations, and industry stakeholders to expand market reach
  • Represent the company at networking events, corporate engagements, and industry platforms to enhance brand visibility
  • Establish and optimize sales processes, pipeline tracking, and reporting systems to support scalable business growth
  • Support the development and expansion of the corporate sales function as the division grows

Required competencies and certifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships within corporate training, professional services, or related industries
  • Proven track record of closing and managing corporate accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen to identify and close business opportunities
  • Experience in consultative selling and developing solution-based proposals
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically to achieve business objectives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Other Information

  • Salary Range: $6,000 - $10,000 (Commissions and other incentives are tied to this role)
