Our client is an established organization within the public sector and is currently seeking a driven Head of Corporate Planning to join and lead their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development. What you will do

• Lead organization-wide strategic planning and annual work plan development in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance against key targets and drive improvements to ensure organizational goals are met.
• Oversee the Enterprise Risk Management framework, identifying key risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain business continuity plans, including regular readiness exercises and staff training.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, and knowledge management systems to strengthen operational consistency.
• Lead the Contracts and Procurement function, managing tenders, vendor sourcing, and ensuring transparent evaluation processes.
• Oversee project execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations are met.

What you will need

• Degree in Business Management/Admin, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Possess minimum 8 years of relevant experience including leadership experience in heading different units
