This is a front-office leadership role combining coverage with regional ECM and M&A execution. The successful candidate will play a central role in both originating opportunities and executing transactions, while helping to scale the broader corporate finance platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate finance coverage, working closely with regional stakeholders on deal origination and execution
- Play a central role in ECM and M&A transactions across Southeast Asia, supporting end-to-end deal delivery
- Prepare and present investment materials, including pitchbooks, market analysis, and client proposals
- Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence to support transaction execution
- Support deal processes including investor engagement, roadshows, and documentation
- Work closely with senior bankers while also operating with a degree of independence on transactions
- Maintain internal deal databases, credentials, and research materials
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- Meets regulatory requirements to advise on corporate finance transactions (e.g. relevant licensing or equivalent experience)
- Solid experience in corporate finance / investment banking, with exposure to ECM and/or M&A transactions
- Strong technical skillset across financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
- Prior experience working on Southeast Asia transactions is advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
