Head of Compliance Operations (Transformation), Digital Assets

We are partnering with a fast-growing digital assets platform to hire a Head of Compliance Operations based in Singapore. This is a rare opportunity to take on a high-impact leadership role within a rapidly scaling business at the forefront of the web3 space.

You will take full ownership of end-to-end compliance operations, including onboarding, transaction monitoring, name screening and periodic reviews, with a clear mandate to build, optimise and automate processes as the organisation continues to expand globally. With a lean team, this role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to shape how compliance operations are run at scale.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience leading compliance operations teams - at least 7 years in AML/KYC, strong stakeholder management skills, and a track record of driving efficiency through process improvement and automation.

Experience within digital assets or web3 is essential, alongside a hands-on approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
