Top-tier remittance firm seeks a Compliance Manager with deep expertise in MAS regulations, AML, and governance to lead compliance initiatives supporting rapid business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of compliance programs aligned with MAS regulations to ensure regulatory adherence and mitigate risks.
- Manage licensing processes and regulatory reporting to maintain operational compliance and support business growth.
- Analyze compliance risks proactively and develop strategies to address emerging regulatory challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed governance frameworks that uphold ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations, advising senior management on compliance implications.
- Drive continuous improvement of compliance controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
- Provide expert guidance and training to staff on AML policies and compliance best practices.
