We have been retained by a leading organisation in Singapore to appoint a strategic and experienced Head of Compensation & Benefits. This is a highly confidential mandate within a listed large and complex organisation with a strong local presence and a diverse stakeholder environment.
As the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and take full ownership of the organisation's total rewards strategy. You will lead a small team and act as a key partner to the CHRO in shaping and executing compensation frameworks that balance governance, competitiveness, and organisational effectiveness.
In this role, you will work closely with senior internal stakeholders and external partners, representing the organisation in high level discussions where required. You will be responsible for ensuring that compensation frameworks are clearly designed, well governed, and effectively communicated across the organisation. A key aspect of the role will also be the ability to translate complex rewards concepts into clear, structured, and executive ready communication and materials.
We are seeking an accomplished rewards leader with a proven background in large, complex organisations. You will bring deep expertise in compensation and benefits, strong experience operating in stakeholder rich environments, and the ability to influence senior leadership groups.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify and structure complex information into clear, decision ready outputs. You will be a hands on leader with high energy and drive, comfortable operating in a fast paced and dynamic environment, and ideally with the ambition and capability to progress into broader senior HR leadership roles in the future.
The successful candidate must be a Singapore Citizen. You will have approximately 15 to 20 plus years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards leadership roles, with prior experience in complex organisations. You will have a proven track record of leading small teams and be confident operating at senior leadership level. Strong stakeholder management experience is essential.
