About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly scaling asset management platform with an integrated financial advisory business and a large captive distribution network. The firm develops and distributes proprietary investment solutions for retail and HNI clients and is now entering a pivotal phase focused on institutionalising its commercial capabilities and strengthening product-led distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales enablement and advisor capability-building across a large captive distribution network, strengthening product positioning and execution quality.
- Drive higher penetration of proprietary investment products through structured training, performance frameworks, and targeted commercial initiatives.
- Deliver measurable growth across AUM, client acquisition, and advisor productivity metrics.
- Build scalable commercial infrastructure, including CRM systems, SOPs, performance management frameworks, and sales processes.
- Partner closely with senior leadership across investment, product, and marketing teams to align distribution priorities with long-term commercial objectives.
Ideal Candidate
- 1422 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or asset management distribution.
- Proven track record of scaling advisor or RM networks and driving sustained growth in AUM and sales productivity.
- Strong understanding of advisor-led and direct-to-retail distribution models.
- Experience building sales operations, enablement platforms, and training systems at scale.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader with the ability to build teams and execute in a fast-growth environment.
- Deep familiarity with the Singapore wealth market; regional exposure is an advantage.
