Role Summary
This is a senior builder role owning the commercial operating system based in Singapore
As Head of Commercial Operations & Sales Enablement, you will define and run the end-to-end bid-to-contract, pricing, governance, and sales enablement model across:
- Asia GTM (enterprise & public sector), and
- the Global Energy Efficiency Product Unit.
Responsibilities:
Mandate
- Own commercial governance, bid quality, and pricing discipline for Energy Efficiency globally
- Enable Asia GTM teams with systems, playbooks, and operating rhythm to win consistently
- Act as the commercial authority on deal structure, risk, and approvals, partnering with Sales on win strategy
- Bring discipline, predictability, and scale to how Energy Efficiency solutions are pursued, priced, governed, and delivered globally.
Bid, Pricing & Contract Governance
- Lead end-to-end bid and new business management (NBM) processes across Asia GTM and the Global Energy Efficiency PU
- Own RFP and proposal strategy, pricing structures, risk posture, and internal approvals
- Support commercial negotiations with customers and strategic partners
- Ensure contract integrity, margin protection, and adherence to governance standards
Sales Operations & Forecast Discipline
- Run the commercial operating rhythm across Energy Efficiency deals (pipeline, forecast, deal hygiene)
- Own Salesforce discipline and forecast reliability
- Ensure clean commercial handover from sales to delivery, including revenue recognition alignment
Sales Enablement (System, Not Slides)
- Build and own a single sales enablement system for Energy Efficiency:
- Proposals and bid templates
- Commercial playbooks and pricing guidance
- Legal standards and contract clauses
- Case studies and win themes
- Enable both Asia GTM teams and the global product unit with consistent, reusable assets embedded into daily workflows

Experience & Profile
- 8+ years in commercial operations, bid management, sales operations, or contract governance within enterprise tech, SaaS, IoT, or industrial software
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder bids and negotiations
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and commercial approval workflows
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams
Reporting & Interfaces
- Reports to: Global VP
- Acts as the commercial authority for Energy Efficiency bids and governance
- Partners closely with Asia GTM leaders and Global Product leadership
