Head of Commercial Growth & Digital Channels, Singapore

Role Overview

The Head of Commercial Growth & Digital Channels, Singapore is responsible for driving revenue growth, digital transformation, and AI-powered business innovation across Inside Sales, Marketing, Digital, and E-commerce channels.

This leadership role owns commercial performance while leading the strategic adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), automation, advanced analytics, and digital technologies to transform customer engagement, sales productivity, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

The role serves as a key change leader, partnering across Commercial, Marketing, IT, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership teams to build a scalable, digital-first, AI-enabled commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth & Commercial Performance

  • Own and deliver revenue targets across Inside Sales, Digital, E-commerce, and emerging digital channels.
  • Develop and execute commercial growth strategies leveraging AI-driven insights and predictive analytics.
  • Drive pipeline generation, conversion, customer acquisition, retention, and average order value improvement.
  • Identify new revenue streams through digital business models, subscriptions, services, and AI-enabled customer engagement.
  • Establish data-driven commercial operating rhythms and performance management frameworks.
  • Lead transformation of commercial processes toward a digital-first, automated operating model.

2. AI Transformation & Digital Innovation Leadership

  • Define and execute the Commercial AI and Digital Transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead the identification, prioritization, and implementation of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation use cases across Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered sales enablement, customer engagement, forecasting, lead scoring, pricing, recommendation engines, and digital commerce solutions.
  • Establish governance, responsible AI practices, risk management, and compliance frameworks for commercial AI initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement through emerging technologies.

3. Build & Scale Inside Sales Organization

  • Design, build, and scale a high-performing Inside Sales organization supported by digital and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Define customer segmentation, territory planning, coverage models, and engagement strategies.
  • Implement AI-driven sales productivity tools, conversational intelligence, and next-best-action capabilities.
  • Establish KPIs, performance management frameworks, coaching programs, and incentive structures.
  • Develop future-ready commercial talent and leadership capabilities.

4. Digital & E-commerce Growth

  • Lead expansion of digital commerce capabilities across B2B and B2C platforms.
  • Optimize digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, search, merchandising, and personalization strategies.
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to execute omnichannel growth strategies and digital campaigns.
  • Drive self-service, digital adoption, and customer experience innovation initiatives.

5. Customer Experience, Analytics & Commercial Intelligence

  • Develop customer-centric strategies that increase attachment rates, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
  • Build advanced commercial analytics capabilities including forecasting, predictive modeling, and customer insights.
  • Utilize AI-driven customer segmentation and personalization to improve engagement and retention.
  • Establish dashboards and performance measurement systems to support executive decision-making.
  • Drive Voice-of-Customer and customer experience improvement programs.

6. Cross-Functional Leadership & Change Management

  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, IT, Data & Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Product teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.
  • SG leader for AI and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Influence senior leadership on commercial strategy, technology investments, and organizational priorities.
  • Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and capability-building programs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.


REQUIREMENTS:

.10+ years of leadership experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Digital Transformation, E-commerce, or Business Transformation roles.

.Proven track record of revenue ownership and commercial growth delivery.

.Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation and AI initiatives.

.Strong background in Inside Sales, CRM, SAP, E-commerce platforms, and Automation technologies.

.Experience managing transformation programs and cross-functional teams.

.Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Intelligent Automation applications in commercial environments.

.Strong strategic planning, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.

.Experience leading organizational change and capability-building initiatives.
