Job Description

We are partnering with a leading regional financial institution to appoint a Head of Client Services to lead its onboarding and client support function across retail, institutional, and corporate segments.

Responsibilities
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving a seamless client experience across the full lifecycle-from onboarding to ongoing servicing-while ensuring strong alignment with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, and technology.

The role will oversee client onboarding frameworks, regulatory compliance, and periodic client reviews, ensuring adherence to relevant tax and regulatory requirements such as FATCA, CRS, and AML standards. In addition, the individual will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening processes, and leading transformation initiatives to improve the overall client service model.

Requirements

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in financial services within a client-facing and operational capacity, with a strong understanding of brokerage products and market practices. They should have a proven track record in stakeholder management, team leadership, and delivering complex onboarding solutions, alongside the ability to engage effectively with regulators and navigate an evolving regulatory environment.
