The opportunity

This is a senior commercial leadership role with accountability for building and scaling Digital Edge's partner-led growth engine.

Digital Edge is expanding rapidly across multiple APAC markets. To support that growth, we are investing in a structured, high-impact channel and ecosystem motion that delivers material bookings through partners. Digital Edge already has an established base of local and regional partners across multiple markets; this role is accountable for professionalising, scaling, and extending that foundation into a cohesive channel model.

In parallel, the role will help shape the next phase of partner development by selectively extending Digital Edge's reach through global partners where there is clear demand into the APAC region.

The role's scope includes:

  1. Developing and running partner execution within each operating country.
  2. Elevating strong local relationships into coordinated, pan-Asia strategic partnerships.
  3. Developing selected global partner relationships that can originate or influence demand into Digital Edge's APAC footprint over time.

Reporting to the Head of Country Sales and based in Singapore, the role operates as a regional overlay with accountability for partner-sourced bookings across multiple countries.

Partner ecosystem

The partner ecosystem includes, but is not limited to:

  • Telecommunications carriers, network service providers, and internet service providers.
  • Channel partners, resellers, and platform partners.
  • Global and regional real estate advisory and consulting firms.

While the primary focus of the role is on partners operating within APAC, it may also include engagement with selected global partners where this supports regional growth objectives.

What you are accountable for

  • Delivering regional bookings generated through channel and ecosystem partners.
  • Designing, building, and operating a scalable, repeatable channel business.
  • Developing and managing selected global partner relationships that support demand generation into Digital Edge's APAC markets.
  • Defining partner strategy, segmentation, coverage models, incentives, and rules of engagement across the channel ecosystem.
  • Establishing and maintaining senior executive relationships with priority regional and global partners.
  • Governing consistent partner execution across countries through a matrix and overlay model.
  • Leading or directing complex, multi-country partner-dependent transactions where partner influence is critical to winning.
  • Shaping go-to-market priorities, interconnect strategy, and investment decisions through ecosystem insight.
  • Maintaining accurate regional forecasting, pipeline discipline, and performance visibility for partner-led business.

How success is measured

  • Achievement of regional channel- and partner-sourced bookings targets.
  • Scale, quality, and predictability of partner-led pipeline.
  • Productivity and influence of priority partners across markets.
  • Adoption and effectiveness of the channel model by country teams.
  • Strategic impact of partners on major wins and expansions.

What we are looking for

  • 10 to 15 years experience in data center, telecom, technology, or infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience building and running a channel or partner-led business, including program design, partner recruitment, and revenue ownership.
  • Proven ownership of regional or multi-market indirect revenue targets.
  • Experience operating in overlay or matrix leadership models.
  • Credibility with senior partners and confidence leading complex, multi-party commercial negotiations.
