Head of Cards - Fintech

A leading fintech is hiring a Head of Cards to take full business ownership of one of Singapore's most recognized consumer card product. This is a leadership role that combines product, commercial, and go-to-market strategy responsible for the full P&L, revenue growth, and long-term success of the card product within the Singapore market.

You'll own the business end-to-end managing partnerships with card networks, agencies, and technology providers, while driving acquisition, campaign strategy, and performance across the product portfolio. Working closely with centralized product, tech, and marketing teams, you'll be accountable for the market leadership, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

The role calls for a strong operator with deep experience in cards or consumer fintech, someone who can translate strategic vision into execution. You'll drive initiatives that strengthen their position in Singapore. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role leading one of their main businesses.
