Head of Capital Formation (Capital Raising / Investor Relations)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group's capital formation strategy by sourcing external funding for investments, platform companies and strategic initiatives.
- Build and cultivate relationships with family offices, institutional investors, corporates, private credit providers and philanthropic capital partners.
- Develop compelling investment narratives, pitch decks and private placement materials to support fundraising.
- Structure and negotiate fundraising opportunities in collaboration with investment, treasury and business teams.
- Expand the Group's investor ecosystem through strategic partnerships and industry networks.
- Manage long-term investor relationships and drive successful fundraising outcomes.
Requirements
- Min 12 -15 years experience in capital raising, private placements, investor relations, fund distribution, corporate finance, investment banking or private equity.
- Proven track record of raising capital from family offices, institutional investors, corporates or private credit providers.
- Strong network within the regional investment community.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially driven with the ability to originate opportunities and execute fundraising initiatives.
