Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the market share in prioritized segments.
- Drive proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies for large-scale IFM projects, including government tenders.
- Develop competitive yet sustainable pricing models for long-term contracts.
- Mentor and lead a team of BD professionals, fostering innovation and best practices.
- Work closely with operations, sustainability, supply chain, and technology teams for seamless bid management.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years in business development within the facilities management industry.
- Proven track record in leading large, complex IFM tenders government tender experience is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of technology and sustainability solutions in IFM.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
