About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Head of Business Development to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with key partners. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and supporting the company's long-term expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities in local and regional markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs
- Develop proposals and draft business presentations to support sales efforts
- Work closely with other departments to deliver customized solutions for clients
- Achieve revenue targets and track performance against business development KPIs.
- Participate in business strategic planning to support the company's growth initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking sessions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management (preferably in Technology or Digital services)
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness
- Have a good data analysis and decision-making abilities, and be able to adjust business strategies promptly in response to market changes.
- Have strong leadership, team management and cross-cultural communication skills, and be able to effectively coordinate team members from different backgrounds
- Have acute market insight and business judgement, and be able to grasp industry development trends and market opportunities.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, good stress resistance and adaptability, and be able to adapt to frequent business trips and high-intensity work rhythms.
