Head of Business Development and Leasing/Marketing

We are recruiting for an integrated investment, asset and property management platform with a focus in industrial/logistics properties.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be playing a lead role in marketing, leasing, and tenant strategy to maximise occupancy and rental performance the company's portfolio, while driving origination of new acquisition and partnership opportunities to fuel long-term growth.

You will be mainly responsible:

• Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to grow revenue and occupancy.
• Build relationships with anchor tenants, operating partners, and key industry contacts.
• Lead negotiation and finalisation of major leases and partnerships.
• Oversee portfolio marketing collateral, positioning, and divestment
• Manage the marketing and business development budget.
• Partner with Asset Management on portfolio enhancement strategies, including Asset Enhancement Initiatives
• Present leasing and business development updates to the executive team and Board.
• Build and lead a high-performing leasing and asset management team.
• Originate new acquisition, development, and capital partnership opportunities
• Coordinate with the deal team through to transaction completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• More than 10 years experience in relevant field with prior experience in marketing/leasing/asset/investment management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
