Role Overview
We are looking for a globally-minded Head of Brand to lead our next phase of brand evolution.
As a fast-growing travel eSIM platform covering 190+ destinations, we are transitioning from a utility-driven product to a trust-led global brand.
This role goes beyond traditional branding - you will own how the brand is expressed across product experience, user journey, and growth channels, directly impacting conversion, activation, and user trust.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Repositioning
- Lead end-to-end brand upgrade / rebranding initiatives
- Define global brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice
- Build a scalable brand identity system (visual + verbal)
- Transition the brand from price-led to trust- and experience-led
2. Product Experience & UI/UX Alignment
- Partner closely with Product and Design to drive App/Web UI upgrades
- Lead logo refresh, design system, and visual language standardization
- Ensure brand consistency across the entire user journey
- Improve perceived quality, clarity, and conversion signals
3. Conversion-Driven Brand Execution
- Embed brand thinking into key funnels:
- Onboarding & registration
- Plan selection & checkout
- eSIM activation experience
- Strengthen trust signals (payments, coverage, reliability messaging)
- Contribute directly to improving activation rate and payment conversion
4. Brand × Growth Integration
- Work with Growth teams to align brand and performance marketing
- Elevate creative quality and consistency across paid channels
- Support expansion in US, Europe, Middle East, and Southeast Asia
- Ensure brand contributes to higher CVR and lower CAC
Requirements
Must Have
- 5-10 years in Brand / Product Marketing
- Proven experience in rebranding or brand transformation
- Strong international exposure
- Solid understanding of UI/UX and product experience
- Strong sense of conversion, user behavior, and trust-building
Preferred
- Experience in consumer apps / travel / telecom / eSIM / fintech
- Background in high-growth startups
- Familiarity with performance marketing and creative optimization
