We are seeking a Head of Brand and Creative to lead the brand strategy and creative vision across all markets, ensuring consistent brand expression while driving creativity that differentiates IG Group in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity across global markets
  • Lead creative team including designers, copywriters, and motion specialists
  • Oversee creative output across all channels: campaigns, digital, social, content, events
  • Partner with regional marketing leaders to adapt global brand for local markets
  • Commission and manage external creative agencies and production partners
  • Drive creative excellence while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance
  • Champion brand guidelines and governance across the organization
  • Report on brand health, perception, and creative effectiveness

Requirements

  • 12-15 years experience in brand and creative leadership roles
  • Proven track record developing and managing brands in regulated industries (financial services preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and creative excellence across multiple campaigns
  • Extensive experience managing creative teams of varying sizes and disciplines
  • Proven expertise managing external creative agencies and production partner relationships
  • Deep understanding of global brand management with demonstrated experience adapting for local markets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level
  • Knowledge of financial services marketing regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience developing and championing brand guidelines and governance frameworks
  • Ability to measure and report on brand health, perception, and creative effectiveness metrics
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
  • Crisis management and sensitive situation handling experience
