Head of AV & Immersive Operations

Our client, a leading player in providing IT Services and IT Consulting. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Head of AV & Immersive Operations be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.


Responsibilities of AV & Immersive Operations:

Operational Leadership & Value Creation
Transform Operations into a strategic enabler, not just a cost center. Build systems that make immersive experiences reliable, scalable, and repeatable across projects.

Technical & Systems Expertise
Serve as the technical authority for AV and immersive systems, including LED walls, projections, media servers, sensors, and show control. Architect solutions to ensure seamless integration, long-term reliability, and operational efficiency.

Pre-Sales & Commercial Contribution
Support pre-sales by converting creative ideas into technical plans, deployment strategies, and cost/risk assessments. Present solutions confidently to clients, partners, and vendors while balancing commercial considerations.

Creative Collaboration
Collaborate with Creative, Sales, Software, and Innovation teams to bring design concepts to life. Provide technical guidance that ensures operational feasibility and scalability without compromising creativity.

Operational Excellence & Systems Management
Develop and enforce SOPs, standards, documentation, and knowledge systems. Oversee preventive maintenance, incident management, and compliance with ISO27001, workplace safety, and contractual requirements.

Team Development & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and upskill Field Engineers into specialist system engineers. Build a culture of pride, accountability, and ownership while defining manpower models for installations, maintenance, and event support.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines such as Mechatronics, Control & Automation, AV Systems, Digital Media, or Systems/Computer Engineering.
• (WSO) certification is an advantage.
