Job Description
- Lead overall Asia strategy, P&L performance, and long‑term growth agenda
- Translate global brand and portfolio strategy into winning local market plans
- Build and optimise route‑to‑market models across developed and emerging Asian markets
- Drive distributor partnerships, key customer negotiations, and commercial excellence
- Oversee product launches, portfolio prioritisation, and pricing architecture
- Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing regional leadership team
- Act as Asia leadership voice to global executive team and Board stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- 15+ years of senior commercial or general management experience within FMCG, beverages, or consumer products
- Proven track record of leading multi‑country businesses across Asia with full P&L accountability
- Deep experience in distributor‑led and hybrid route‑to‑market models
- Demonstrated success in scaling brands, launching products, and driving profitable growth
- Strong strategic capability combined with hands‑on execution mindset
- Experience operating within global or US‑headquartered organisations
- This role is the main interface for the client's China manufacturing hub, so fluency in Mandarin is a key requirement from HQ.
