Head of Applications (CRM & eCommerce)

A leading retail/FMCG organisation with a strong regional footprint is hiring a Head of Applications (CRM & eCommerce) in Singapore. This is a senior leadership role overseeing enterprise applications across multiple markets, with a focus on customer platforms and digital commerce. You will lead a sizeable team in a complex, fast-paced environment, driving platform strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end applications landscape covering CRM and eCommerce platforms, with accountability for strategy, delivery, and operations across the region. This includes leading large-scale programmes and enhancements across Salesforce and Adobe Commerce, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and customer experience goals.

You will build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, strengthening capabilities in delivery, architecture, and support. The role also partners closely with business stakeholders across markets to prioritise initiatives, manage vendors, and ensure successful execution in a multi-country environment. In addition, you will drive adoption and practical application of emerging technologies, including AI and BI, leveraging specialist expertise within the team.

Requirements

You bring a strong track record in leading enterprise applications within retail, FMCG, or a similarly consumer-driven environment, ideally across multiple countries. Deep experience in CRM and eCommerce platforms is essential, including hands-on leadership exposure to Salesforce and Adobe Commerce. You have demonstrated success in managing and developing teams, as well as delivering complex programmes at scale. A solid understanding of AI and BI concepts, with experience working alongside specialist teams, will be important. You are commercially aware, structured in your approach, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, matrixed organisation.
