Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic leader to establish, drive, and scale our Application & AI business. This role will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and execution plan to build a sustainable business unit that delivers innovative solutions, accelerates customer adoption, and drives revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to start, lead, and expand the Application & AI business.
- Identify new market opportunities, business models, and revenue streams within the application and AI domain.
- Build and manage a high-performing team across business development, technical delivery, and customer success.
- Define product and solution roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market needs and emerging technologies.
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, startups, and ecosystem players to accelerate growth.
- Drive go-to-market initiatives, including solution packaging, pricing models, and marketing campaigns.
- Lead client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of projects and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Own P&L responsibility for the Application & AI business unit.
- Provide thought leadership and represent the company at industry events, forums, and with customers.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in building and scaling a business or practice, preferably in applications, AI, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and integration solutions.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to attract, mentor, and retain top talent.
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L ownership and growth delivery.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution during the early stages.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with enterprise clients across industries.
- Exposure to ecosystem partnerships with major cloud or AI vendors.
- Prior startup or new business unit setup experience is highly advantageous.
