Job Description

Our client is a global powerhouse focused on solutions, managed service capabilities and cutting-edge platforms, driving the next level of intelligence powered by cloud, mobility, IoT, collaboration, security, and network services.

We're looking for a proven Head of Alliances to drive joint go-to-market success with leading global tech partners including Microsoft, Cisco, Genesys, Fortinet, Zscaler, HPE, and more across the APAC region.

This is a high-impact role focused on creating strategic alliances, driving joint sales motions, and unlocking new revenue opportunities through collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow partnerships through GTM strategies, field engagement, and joint campaigns
  • Identify, onboard, and scale new alliance opportunities across cloud, security, UCaaS, and networking domains
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to bring partner strategies to life
  • Drive field enablement, partner training, and joint pipeline generation
  • Lead APAC partner communications including newsletters, events, and cadence calls
  • Align technical certifications and partner tiers to maximize value

Experiences required:

  • 12–15 years in Technology Sales or Consulting (Cloud, Security, UCaaS, CPaaS, Networking, SD-WAN, etc.)
  • 5+ years managing strategic technology alliances
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, market trends, and customer needs
  • Proven track record of delivering GTM success with major tech vendors
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's in Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred
