Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise
- Strong experience in Generative AI, machine learning, and applied AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying large language model (LLM) applications in production environments.
- Experience with:
- AI-driven customer engagement solutions
- Intelligent automation platforms
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Prompt engineering and model optimisation
- AI evaluation, monitoring, and governance frameworks
- Modern machine learning and data science practices
- Strong foundation in statistical modelling, experimentation, predictive analytics, and feature engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience working with cloud-based data and AI platforms.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Ability to set strategic direction while remaining close to execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of delivering complex AI, analytics, or transformation initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Industry Experience
- Experience working within regulated, data-intensive industries is highly desirable.
- Understanding of customer engagement, operational efficiency, risk, or decision-support applications of AI.
- Experience applying AI solutions to improve customer or business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics.
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams or large-scale AI initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience deploying AI-powered solutions into production environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
