Job Description
- Define and execute an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned to business goals
- Partner closely with C-suite and board members on AI vision and priorities
- Lead large-scale transformation programmes, embedding AI across functions
- Identify high-value AI use cases across customer, risk, and operations
- Build and lead high-performing AI and data science teams
- Drive adoption of AI solutions, ensuring measurable business outcomes
- Act as a thought leader, presenting best-in-class AI strategies internally
The Successful Applicant
A Successful AI Head Should Have
- Experience in AI, data science, or advanced analytics leadership
- Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Strong experience engaging senior stakeholders, including board-level exposure
- Demonstrated ability to translate AI strategy into commercial impact
- Experience building and scaling high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
- Background in digital, fintech, or highly scaled technology environments preferred
- Willingness to relocate within Southeast Asia
