Head of Administration
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective daily operations.
- Maintain documentation, records, and compliance requirements in accordance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) regulations.
- Prepare meeting minutes for the monthly Board of Directors meetings.
- Provide clinical administrative support.
- Manage all alumni-related matters.
- Monitor and coordinate staff training.
- Respond to public enquiries, emails, and official correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Clinical & Academic Director.
- Oversee and coordinate the organisation's IT systems and functions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A recognised bachelor's degree.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Relevant experience in administrative or managerial roles will be an advantage.
- Available for immediate employment.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Counselling knowledge preferred.
Reporting Line
- Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Working Hours
8.30 a.m. to 5.45p.m.
Salary Range
Between $4,500 and $4,900, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
