Job Description

SHRI Academy is looking for a seasoned leader to take the helm of our training and professional development division. This is not a back-office role. As Head of Academy, you will shape what we offer, how we grow, and how we show up for every learner who walk through our doors - whether in a classroom, a boardroom, or online.

You will lead a team of programme consultants and coordinators, own the Academy's programme portfolio, and work closely with the CEO to set the direction for SHRI Academy's next chapter. If you are someone who thinks strategically, manages operationally, and still cares deeply about the learning experience - this role was built for you.

Lead & Develop the AcademyTeam

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Programme Consultants and operations staff - setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and building a high-performance culture
  • Allocate resources across programmes and campaigns to maximise team effectiveness and learner experience
  • Model a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and genuine care for learners

Drive Programme Portfolio Growth

  • Review, refresh, and expand the Academy's programme offerings to stay relevant to industry needs and aligned to SkillsFuture / SSG frameworks
  • Identify new programme opportunities through market research, industry partnerships, and learner feedback - from concept through to launch
  • Develop and execute enrolment growth strategies across corporate, individual, and institutional channels
  • Set enrolment targets with the CEO, monitor progress, and lead the team to close the gap when needed

Oversee Academy Operations

  • Ensure seamless end-to-end programme delivery: scheduling, venue management, faculty coordination, materials, and learner communications
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures that keep the Academy audit-ready at all times( EduTrust / CPE / SSG requirements)
  • Own the Academy's CRM and data hygiene practices - ensure accurate reporting on enrolments, conversions, satisfaction scores, and revenue
  • Manage vendor relationships, faculty agreements, and external partnerships that support programme quality

Champion Learner Experience

  • Set the standard for how SHRI Academy engages adult learners - from first enquiry to post-course follow-up
  • Oversee learner satisfaction measurement, act on feedback, and build a referral-worthy experience
  • Ensure all learner-facing communications, processes, and touchpoints reflect SHRI's brand and values

Requirement

  • Degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in training, education, or L&D - with at least 2years in a team lead or managerial capacity
  • Track record of growing enrolments or managing a programme portfolio with measurable outcomes
  • Strong operational instincts: you can design a process, fix one that is broken, and hold a team accountable to it
  • Familiar with Singapore's training landscape: SkillsFuture / SSG funding, CPE regulatory requirements, and EduTrust standards
